WEARE, NH - June 30, 2008 - Granite State Telephone would like to take the opportunity to show appreciation for its Hillsborough customers, and what better place to do this than the Hillsborough Balloon Fest and Fair? The company invites its telephone and Internet customers to stop by and pick up a thank you gift at its booth during the Balloon Fest's community night on Thursday, July 10th from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
While at the booth customers can also enter a raffle to win a special prize, get balloons for their children, and speak with Customer Service Representatives who will be on site to answer questions. "We enjoy attending the Balloon Fest every year because it is a great way for us to meet our Hillsborough customers and answer questions about our services," explains William Stafford, chief operating officer.
Granite State Telephone will also be sponsoring the Blue Horizons hot air balloon, piloted by Ray Fournier of Henniker, during the entire weekend of the Balloon Fest. This marks the 13th year that the company has sponsored this annual event.
The Hillsborough Balloon Fest is the first of several town fairs the company will visit in its service area over the summer. Look for us at the Weare Patriotic Celebration on July 19th, Sandown Old Home Days on Saturday, August 9th, and at the Chester Town Fair on Saturday, September 6th. The company will also be hosting a Customer Appreciation Day and Open House at their Operations Center located in Chester, NH this September.
