WEARE, NH - August 25, 2008 - Granite State Telephone would like to take the opportunity to show appreciation for its Chester customers, and what better place to do this than at the Chester Town Fair? The company invites its telephone and Internet customers to stop by and pick up a thank you gift at its booth on Saturday, September 6th from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
While at the booth customers can enter a raffle to win a special prize, get balloons for their children, and speak with Customer Service Representatives who will be on site to answer questions. "We want to make sure our customers are getting the most out of their telephone and Internet services. The Chester Town Fair provides us with the perfect opportunity to meet our customers, answer questions, and introduce them to new and exciting features," explains William Stafford, chief operating officer.

lead sponsor for the Wason Pond 5K Cross Country Race that is taking place in conjunction with the fair.
Granite State Telephone will also host its own fun event for all of its customers next month. The company will hold a special Customer Appreciation Day and cookout on Saturday, September 20th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at its Chester Operations Center on Route 102 in Chester, NH.
